Innovative Leadership: Building Leaders and Congregations for Effective Change
This focus group will explore and address the need for effective change. Participants will be introduced to innovative leadership practices that transform churches and communities. The goal of this group is to equip emerging clergy leaders and congregations to be highly effective in 21st Century ministry. Over a three year span, we will explore leadership development, preaching for transformation, prophetic leadership, non-traditional church models, vision casting, purposeful organizational development, and church planting. This group will also visit ministry leaders throughout the country who have brought about positive and effective change in their contexts.
