Financial Aid Application and Deadlines

Welcome to the United’s Financial Aid Office. We are eager to help you understand our financial aid programs and to assist you in finding ways to meet your seminary costs. Financial Aid at United is based on demonstrated financial need as determined by the school according to federal guidelines. Financial need is defined as the difference between the cost of education and the student’s total financial resources and includes (but is not limited to):

  • Scholarships
  • Need-based and matching grants
  • Federal Work-Study
  • Federal Unsubsidized Loans
  • Denominational Assistance

ATTENTION: Receipt of financial aid one year does not guarantee receipt of financial aid in subsequent years. Students must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year to be eligible for financial aid.

Complete the FAFSA online.

United’s school code: G03122

Processing takes 5 – 7 days

Application for financial aid must be made by entering students at the time of admission.

Students must be enrolled in one of United’s graduate level degree programs to be eligible for financial aid including scholarships and loans.

Aid begins every summer; continuing students are encouraged to complete their United Financial Aid application and FAFSA by February 1.
