Sadler Fellows: Embracing the Shift: 21st Century Leadership Development for Innovation and Transformation

The purpose of this Focus Group is to assist, train and develop leaders to identify the shifts in leadership and ministry. Leaders will learn and develop the skill sets, tools, and resources necessary to understand, analyze, implement, and promote models to maximize congregational leadership and organizational leadership dynamics within their respective churches and or businesses. The participants will engage in various discussions and topics including strategic planning, organizational change, developments and dynamics, vision casting, congregational leadership, leadership development, team building, and the shifts in models of leadership, administration, and infrastructure of any organization. The objective of this Focus Group is to develop transformational leaders that will address and respond to the issues of today and tomorrow while implementing innovative ideas, strategies, and methods for the 21st century. Dr. Nelson is Senior Pastor at New Hope Baptist Church, Akron, Ohio.
