Preaching & Leadership to Small and Mid-Size Congregations
The purpose of this Focus Group is to address the critical need and development of dynamic preaching and innovative leadership in small to mid-size congregations allowing pastors and preachers to identify their own personal leadership and preaching style. This will be done through an analysis of the various leadership theories and disciplines. Much emphasis will be placed on the history and community-driven African American Church related to preaching and black theology. The focus will be on the context and transition of ministry of post pandemic preaching and leadership.
