Tony Miltenberger brings over 15 years of leadership experience and hundreds of hours of executive coaching, with a core focus on organizational transformation, personal development, and values-based leadership. He has led initiatives that equip individuals and teams to thrive in purpose-driven environments, delivering measurable impact through coaching, strategic facilitation, and content development.
In addition to his corporate and nonprofit leadership, Tony served more than a decade in the U.S. Army Reserves, including a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He played a critical role in soldier wellness and reintegration by facilitating Strong Bonds retreats, programs designed to strengthen relationships and address the emotional toll of deployments.
Since moving into ministry, he has created disciple-making cultures amongst several churches, hosts a national podcast on disciple-making called the Practitioner’s Podcast, and has worked alongside some of the thought leaders in disciple-making throughout the U.S.
He is a native Daytonian, married to his high school sweetheart, and has three wonderful children.
