How has United prepared you to go out and minister to the world?
United has transformed me personally, giving me the confidence to face my own challenges and heal from past wounds. I've been equipped not just with knowledge, but with a sense of purpose. Now, I step into the world ready to help others, because United first helped me heal and grow through the grace of God.
Where have you seen God at work during your time at United?
I entered my doctoral program after a coma left me with no memory of myself or many relationships. Trauma I had buried for decades resurfaced. I expected distraction, but through my project, worship and my cohort, I found healing.
What would you say to someone considering seminary at United?
United is a place where you'll discover parts of yourself you didn't know were there. It may feel challenging or confusing at times, but it's worth it. You'll gain clarity on God's call and learn to discern God’s voice for your life and ministry.
