God has gifted the church with equipping ministries. Apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers and evangelists are sent by Jesus to impart and activate gifts and anointings for the work of the ministry. Join us for the 8th Annual Holy Spirit Seminar, “Impartation and Activation of Gifts of the Spirit,” and encounter a time of spiritual growth, impartation and activation through the anointed leadership of speaker Dr. Randy Clark.

Randy Clark preaches around the world as an itinerant pastor whose message is simple: “God wants to use you.” A graduate of United Theological Seminary, he is passionate about training church leaders and followers of Jesus to tap into their gifts and utilize them to spread the Gospel. His first session will focus on “The Gifts of the Spirit,” including what they are, how to identify them and how to utilize them. During his second session, “Gifts of the Spirit: Activation/Impartation,” Randy will pray impartation for attendees to have their gifts activated.

About Dr. Randy Clark
At a young age, Randy Clark was miraculously healed from injuries he sustained in a car accident. At that time, he dedicated his life to ministry and the work of the Holy Spirit. After being a pastor for many years, he traveled to a conference in 1994 that was originally scheduled for four days. The conference later became known as the “Toronto Blessing,” a worldwide revival that impacted millions.

Now an international speaker, Randy travels the world demonstrating the Lord’s sovereign power to heal. In December of 2013, he received his doctorate from United Theological Seminary and is currently an adjunct professor at both United in Dayton, OH, and Regent Divinity School in Virginia Beach, VA.

Randy has over thirty years of pastoral experience, and his message is clear and simple: “God wants to use you.”

What is pneumatology?
The study of the person and work of the Holy Spirit.

What is the mission or goal of the Holy Spirit Seminar?
Our goals are 3-fold: Inspiration, Instruction and Impartation.

The mission of the Holy Spirit Seminar is to allow the person and work of the Holy Spirit to inspire, to instruct and to impart the life of God to United Methodists and to the larger Body of Christ.

When does the Holy Spirit Seminar meet?
It meets annually on the first Friday in December in Dayton, Ohio.

Why do we need an event such as the Holy Spirit Seminar?
“Renewalist Christianity” is the umbrella term for the Global Christian movement that puts an emphasis on the person and work of the Holy Spirit. Renewalist Christianity is a broad, global tradition that comprises Pentecostal, Charismatic, Third Wave, Non-denominational, and other types of “Spirit-filled” Christians. It is the fastest growing and one of the largest expressions of Christianity in the Majority world and in the Global South. Due to its source, growth, size, influence and impact, it is a movement that deserves to be examined and experienced.

What sort of themes does the Holy Spirit Seminar cover?
In the past the seminar has covered topics such as the gifts of the Spirit, prayer, signs and wonders, deliverance, and spiritual warfare.

Who is the Seminar for?
It is for everyone and anyone with a hunger to know more of the person and work of the Holy Spirit. It is not merely for United Methodists or Renewalist Christians, but for all who desire to learn more.
