Effective Leadership for Creative Ministry in the Post-Modern Church
This group will focus on the development of leaders for effective programming in the post-modern era. Learn the basic principles involved in developing and managing process, while applying principles for leadership in the present church and the future church. Topics include implementing a vision, futuring, organizational development, church administration, preaching, evangelism and techniques for managing staff. Upon completion, students should be able to plan and implement a process that will lead to effective programming.
