Policy

United students, alumni/ae and guests should contact the hotels directly to make their reservations and identify their connection with United in order to get the discounted rate. Please remember to always ask for the lowest available rate in addition to the United rate. There will be times when the hotel is offering a special rate, and it may be lower than the quoted United rate. Contact the hotel for current hotel rates. Rates are subject to change.

Once you have made your reservation, the hotel will expect you to adhere to the same cancellation policies as you would under normal conditions. Therefore, if you have to cancel for any reason, please do so in advance with the hotel directly prior to the respective hotel’s cancellation deadline.
