The Certificate in Worship and Leadership (CWL) at United is intended for the cultivation and formation of worship leaders and pastors in the church. In this certificate, students will examine principles of worship to learn how to design and preside over services of Christian worship, as well as what it truly means to be a Worship Leader. The certificate presents opportunities to explore biblical, theological, historical and practical foundations of worship while applying learnings in students’ unique contexts.
The program consists of three online courses, offered year-round. The duration of each course is fourteen weeks. Through this fully online program, students will learn from experienced instructors and connect with a community of students and fellow worship leaders. Upon completion of the program, each student receives a Certificate in Worship and Leadership.
Este programa es una gran base para personas interesadas en el liderazgo musical, el diseño y las artes o que actualmente participan en la planificación regular del culto en la iglesia local. Una licenciatura o una maestría no es un requisito previo. Como beneficio adicional, los estudiantes podrán transferir estos cursos a los programas de Certificado en Teología y Ministerio (CTM) o Certificado en Servicio y Liderazgo (CSL) de United con énfasis en Liderazgo en Adoración.
Se otorgan créditos por completar cursos sin créditos (NC).
Los costos del programa en USA incluyen una cuota de $325 por curso. Los estudiantes en otros países solo pagan $125 por curso.
CWL Program Application is completed online through our Portal del Estudiante en MyUnited.
Los Nuevos Estudiantes: If you are a new student to United’s CWL program you must first apply via the CWL Application. After applying and being confirmed you will receive a United email account and credentials to our student portal and instructions on how to proceed with registration. CWL Class Registration is completed through the Portal del Estudiante en MyUnited.
Estudiantes que Regresan: Si usted es un estudiante que regresa usted ya usted aplicó al programa y la información del estudiante ya está en nuestro sistema. Si usted todavía no ha recibido su cuenta de correo de United y las credenciales (usuario-clave) contacte al Coordinador de CTM a ctm@united.edu y pida que se las envien.
