This agreement helps students in SARA states address and resolve any complaints. To see the other benefits go to the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/nc-sara.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NC-SARA<\/a>&nbsp;website. All US states and territories are currently members of SARA except for California.<\/p>\n<p>United offers online ministry degree programs in every US state and has either been exempt, approved or is working to obtain SARA approval in these other regions. Contact our Office of Admissions for information on becoming an&nbsp;<a href=\"\/online-programs\/\">online student<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Federal and state regulations require that all institutions of higher education comply with existing state laws regarding distance learning. As these regulations are continuously evolving, United Theological Seminary makes every effort to maintain compliance.
