Dr. RoyEtta Quateka Means and Dr. Kim Yancey James

This United focus group will candidly examine and grapple with issues specifically experienced by Women in Ministry whether they are in the context of the church, urban, suburban, or rural settings. The major areas of exploration will include, but not be limited to, preaching, teaching, and leading from the perspective of not only the ministerial task, but also the ministerial authority necessary to successfully and effectively engage the vocation of ministry.

Through the processes of exploration, discussion, and research, students will be encouraged to develop active and viable solutions by utilizing various approaches which will ultimately increase confidence, enhance and support implementation of bold and sensitive approaches to 21st Century paradigms of ministry.
