Through seminars, workshops, courses and online conversation the Center extends resources to judicatory leaders, seminaries, pastors, non-profit agencies, and lay persons who desire excellence in ministry in areas of supervision, principled Christian leadership, faith-based conflict management, and effective church organization.

A holistic, covenantal style of leadership formation and supervision gives emphasis to building authentic relationships, developing mutual accountability with support, and engaging in meaningful conversations as a catalyst for decision making and action.

The Center integrates attention to spiritual reflection and soul care in its programs offered at United and off-site locations structured to meet the needs of various settings and denominations

The Pohly Center provides a certification program in supervision, which emphasizes a five-stage process and framework for supervisory conversations as central to helping leaders reflect on the challenges that arise in their work.
