• Fall A-3 and Spring A-3 and D-3 Module Intensive Classes

  One-Week Classes

  Before start of class or by end of the first day – 100% refund and no record

  After first day – no refund and a grade of “W” recorded on transcript record

  ---

  Two-Week Classes

  Before start of class or by the end of the second day- 100% refund and no record

  Third day and beyond – no refund and a grade of “W” recorded on transcript record

  ---

  Three-Week Classes

  Before start of class or by the end of the third day – 100% refund and no record

  Fourth day and beyond – no refund and a grade of “W” recorded on transcript record

• Fall and Spring Semesters BC-12, B-6, C-6 Modules (Weekly or Bi-Weekly Courses)

  Before start of classes or by the end of Week One – 100% refund (fees and tuition) and enrollment cancelled with no record

  During Week Two – no refund but enrollment cancelled with no record

  Week Three and beyond – no refund and a grade of “W” recorded on transcript record

• Fall and Spring Semester Weekend Classes

  Before start of classes or by the end of Week Three of the BC-12 module – 100% refund (fees and tuition) and enrollment cancelled with no record

  Week Three and beyond – no refund and a grade of “W” recorded on transcript record

• Fall and Spring Semester Classes meeting for only one weekend

  Before start of class – full refund (fees and tuition) and enrollment cancelled with no record

  After first day of class – no refund and a grade of “W” recorded on transcript record

NOTE: A student who stops attending a class or leaves the seminary without giving official notice in the Office of the Registrar will receive an “F” for the uncompleted work for that semester.
